Highlights
FurGIV (Furry Gathering in Vietnam) is a Vietnam-based furry event, where every member of the local furry fandom can come together to connect, share their passion and welcome their international friends alike.
Since 2024, our mission has always been to create a safe space for furries, both domestic and international, as well as a place where everyone can freely express themselves, mingle among like-minded peers, while also learning about the rich Vietnamese culture through our yearly themes.
Once upon a time, a faespawn birthed from a most unusual union slept soundly beneath a mountain for thousands of years.
Within his slumber, he dreamt of festivities to which he was host to hundreds of fantastical creatures.
Now awakened, the dragon seeks to realize that dream for the merry of many.
To that end, he would begin the gathering here, in Hanoi, where he had dozed for so long.
Lam is energetic, cheerful, confident, sometimes mischievous but most importantly a generous host and a helpful friend.
No matter the type of media he is in, he will always bring with him playfulness, helpfulness with just enough mischiefs to be fun but serious when needed to be.
